Clutch cylinder working principle

Clutch cylinder is connected by air pressure, release by the return spring. When the solenoid valve power is turned on and the compressed air enters the clutch cylinder air chamber through the air guide faucet, the piston axially moves to push the friction plate, and the middle plate and the pulley are flatly pressed together. If the air pressure is gradually increased, then the working machine started to achieve smooth operation. When the solenoid valve closed, the pressure disappears, the friction plate reset quickly by the spring to achieve complete separation.
